We are looking for an experienced LabVIEW Engineer to join our team in Wavre, Belgium. You will be involved in the development, testing, and technical support of the STELLA GNSS simulator. This role requires strong software engineering skills combined with a solid understanding of GNSS technologies and hardware-oriented systems.
As a Senior LabVIEW Engineer, you will be actively involved in the design, development, and maintenance of the LabVIEW software architecture of the STELLA simulator. You will work on both new features and long-term improvements, ensuring software robustness, performance, and scalability.

Missions
Your responsibilities will include
Developing and maintaining LabVIEW applications for GNSS simulation, test, and control
Integrating and controlling hardware platforms based on National Instruments (Emerson) technologies
Participating in system integration activities involving GNSS signal generation, real-time processing, and hardware interfaces
Defining and implementing automated test tools, validation procedures, and regression tests
Contributing to performance analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex software and hardware systems
Providing high-level technical support to internal teams and external customers, including issue analysis and resolution
Producing and maintaining technical documentation, test reports, and user documentation
Working closely with GNSS specialists, FPGA engineers, and system architects within a multidisciplinary engineering team
You choose the appropriate development lifecycle and facilitate the implementation
Profile
Your profile
You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field) and have significant professional experience in LabVIEW development within an industrial, test, or R&D environment.
You have a solid understanding of software development for real-time or hardware-interfaced systems and are familiar with modular instrumentation and test platforms.
You are comfortable working autonomously on complex technical topics while contributing effectively within a team environment.
You are able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both orally and in writing. French is a plus.
Key technical skills
Strong expertise in LabVIEW software development
Hands-on experience with National Instruments (Emerson) hardware and ecosystems, such as PXI platforms, real-time targets, and instrumentation modules
Experience in designing and maintaining automated test environments
Good understanding of hardware/software integration and real-time constraints
Additional Assets
Knowledge of GNSS technologies
Experience with FPGA-based systems, including LabVIEW FPGA or equivalent environments
Familiarity with RF systems, signal processing, or GNSS signal simulation
